The Cinematheque is an independent art film theater which shows timeless classics from all over the world including the local Korean films. Each month, they select well known directors and showcase their works which were made throughout their careers. Currently, they are showcasing works by a Brazilian director. I am guessing the films are in Portuguese with a Korean subtitle. But since my site is dedicated to the English speaking community, I am providing information on the upcoming showcase works by Stanley Kubrick, a well respected visionary director who had directed films such as A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, Lolita, The Killing, and others. They will be shown from Nov 26 - Dec 2, 2007. Further info: www.cinematheque.seoul.kr ( site written only in Korean). Phone (02)741-9782 6,000 won
